At www.supinder.in, we strive to offer professional legal services with utmost diligence and client satisfaction. However, since legal services require time, analysis, and professional commitment, the following policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds:

1. Consultation Services

  • Once a consultation fee is paid and a session is booked, it is non-refundable.
  • However, if you are unable to attend the scheduled consultation, you may reschedule it once by providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the fee will be forfeited.

2. Legal Drafting or Advisory Work

  • Once instructions have been accepted and work has commenced (including research, drafting, or advice), no refunds will be issued.
  • If work has not commenced, and the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any administrative or processing fees.

3. Mode of Cancellation

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email to [email protected] from the same email address used during booking or payment.

4. Processing of Refunds (if applicable)

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original mode of payment.
  • Any payment gateway or bank charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the client.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Any government fees, stamp duties, or third-party charges paid on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Urgent or expedited matters where work has already been delivered or committed cannot be cancelled.

6. Discretionary Clause

All refund and cancellation requests are subject to the sole discretion of Supinder Singh Sohi, Advocate. Decisions made in such cases shall be final and binding.

7. Changes to the Policy

This policy may be amended or updated without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review this page periodically.
