How to be cheerful all day?

Life is better when you’re laughing. We all know that, so, why don’t we stay cheerful and happy all the time. It should be obvious right, to keep doing the thing which is improving the quality of our life. Such an idiot species we are. Actually, Human Beings are still very primitive in the area of being happy and cheerful.

Reason – Why we can’t stay cheerful all the time?

Again and again, we are taught to study and work hard. Although, these account for important parts for our lives, in most cases, they can’t lead to a cheerful and happy life alone. We are made to believe that happiness will come will success automatically. Sadly, nobody tells that this type of happiness is very short lived. So, when it gets over, we become demotivated and negative.

  • The quality of people you stay with, most of your time, directly impact your happiness.

  • Start writing a Journal. Record everything briefly daily to have an idea where your life really is and where you want to take it.
  • Meditate.
  • Crawl this blog to learn what eternal happiness really is and how it can be achieved in a more detailed manner.


By, following thes simple steps. Honestly, I have achieved whatever i wanted. The catch is just in the simplicity of this process. So, its better to just try at first. If it somehow works for you, then that’s great. Else, you can surely ditch it.
